Shaikh Ahmad Khalis

Shaikh Ahmad Khalis joined Serikandi Group of companies in 2015 as a Management Trainee. Shaikh Khalis then ventured into the Marine Sector when Jisco Marine was established as the Managing Director of Jisco Marine (JMSB) in December 2019.

Shaikh Khalis graduated with a Master (MSc) in International Business from Hult International Business School, San Francisco, USA and previously held a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Technology from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Shaikh Khalis had previous experience working with multiple operators under the Offshore Catering & Hospitality in 2015 and subsequently managing Human Resource in 2017 under the Serikandi Group of Companies.

Shaikh Khalis is also a certified ISM auditor and a badass DPA. He is also a certified Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) for Brunei Darussalam.

Currently Shaikh Khalis is also the BOD of Serikandi Group of Companies.

Nurul Umairoh

Nurul Umairoh is a graduate in Diploma in Information Technology awarded by School of IT Sultan Bolkiah in Brunei Darussalam. Nurul Umairoh started her career at Jisco Marine Sdn Bhd in 2017, she has since been assigned to various tasks in our Marine Operations.

She now heads the Crewing and Agency services and leads the team within her department.

Ms Sabrina Zukifle

Sabrina Zulkifle started her career as an intern under the Finance Department within our group of companies in 2015. She attended the Laksamana College of Business (Brunei) initially and continued her studies in Asia-Pacific University in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia majoring in International Business Management.
Sabrina has extensive experience working within the group company's various finance facets such as accounting, supply chain management and purchasing department. She has been working with various companies over the years and joined Jisco Marine Sdn Bhd in 2023. Her skills and responsibility extends to sourcing, purchasing, negotiations with vendors and supplier relationship management.

DPA & QHSSE

Erin Kah Yi Ling

Mrs. Erin Kah Yi Ling is an Environmental graduate from the University of Brunei Darussalam, she has further developed herself as the SME through IGC NEBOSH in Occupational Health and Safety in 2014. Her valuable experience within the oil and has industry ranges from off shore construction, marine logistics, diving operations plays a key role in Jisco Marine (JMSB) since 2019. Since, she has been leading the QHSSE Department, and entrusted as the ISM Designated Person Ashore (DPA) / Company Security Officer (CSO).

Operations

Muhammad Ammar Chua

Muhammad Ammar Chua Bin Abdullah has over 10 years’ experience in Maritime industries. Graduated from Fleetwood nautical college, United Kingdom and awarded with unlimited certificate of competency. He has extensive experience on various type of vessels including LNG tankers, OSV vessels & rotor tugs. Good understanding, knowledge and experience of ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, Marine Operations & ISO compliance.

He initially joined Jisco Marine in 2020 as marine superintendent and has gained valuable knowledge and experience. He is in charge of maintaining, controlling and monitoring of our fleet to ensure legal, port and charterer requirements are fulfilled at timely manner. He is a certified ISM auditor who carries out Internal Audits as per HSE plan and plays a vital role on maintaining company’s Safety Management System (SMS) updates with consistent improvement to produce quality, accuracy, adequate and efficient procedures. He is a member of the shore Emergency Response Team for the vessels they represent.
